It would have to be my art and photography teacher I had in high school. Not only was he an excellent teacher, he showed me it was possible to accept people from all different "cliques" and "stereotypes" for what they were worth, not by their faults. He was a genuinely good person that lit up high school for me and so many other people.
"The meaning of life is to create."
Slash: "I have free nights and weekends in my pants!"
Hack: "But no long distance!"
Audience: "ohhhhhhhh!"
We watched two bands play before Hack&Slash (a swordplay/comedy duo). One was Hungarian Gypsies, and the other was a Scottish band called the Rogues, I believe. Both were excellent. The gypsies played music that seemed to attract belly dancers, note, not hired ones. They stood on either side of the stage dancing and showing off, and it was wonderful.
One of the Rogues' player's son [I believe he was 6 or so] was trying to play one of the big drums and spinning around in his kilt. During some of the faster songs, though, he would jump off of the stage and run through the audience, picking out little girls around his age to come up on the stage and dance with him. It was the most adorable thing I've seen in a long time.
Also, I rode an elephant. My poor hips. X_X
For some reason, the picture uploader isn't working, so I can't post any pictures. =/ Oh well.
